Mark brings over 17 years experience in design and marketing. Formerly a Product Marketing Manager and involved in creative work for several ad agencies, Mark adds a creative aspect to the partnership. Mark is also responsible for the overall marketing and promotion of Big Fresh.

With over 10 years experience in computer and network support, database development, and website development, Doug brings a solid technical foundation to Big Fresh. He is an MCSE and certified in Google AdWords and Analytics.

Barbara Aschenbrenner – Developer

Barbara started her web development career in 1996 in the middle of the dot-com boom, as a database developer. Most recently she worked in the web services department at Oregon State University before joining Big Fresh. She has a master's degree in Information Science, and specializes in Oracle, PHP, and MySQL.

Dan Ewing – Graphic Designer

Dan joined Big Fresh in 2008 as a graphic designer with a unique balance of creative and technical expertise. Dan's work includes web & print design, Flash animation, and User Interface design. Dan is also a gifted photographer.

Joe McCorison – Developer

Joe joined Big Fresh in 2011 as a web developer specializing in PHP, mySQL, AJAX, jQuery, and other web & mobile technologies. He has 7+ years experience developing websites and complex web applications. He is a great asset to our development team. See press release.

Pamela Nilzon – Developer

Pam is a part-time employee at Big Fresh, specializing in HTML & CSS development and website maintenance. Pam joined Big Fresh in 2008.

Micah Jaquay – Lead Technician

Micah brings his more than 10 years experience in computer networking, troubleshooting and repair to help maximize solutions for our Tech Help business clients. Prior to joining us Micah worked in the banking industry with merchant services. Micah is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Tom Kettman – Technician Consultant 

Tom brings extensive experience and skills in troubleshooting and support to provide exceptional on-site computer and network support services for business users. Tom is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Josh Davis – Technician

After working in customer service for over 10 years, Josh decided to follow his passion for computers and finished a degree in Computer Information Systems from Western WA University.  He brings those two skills together to provide a great computer support experience.  His degree focused primarily on PC and Network support, but has recently worked supporting MACs as well.

Jennifer Hurd – Technician

Jennifer brings ten years of experience in IT, and a degree in Computer Network Technology to provide on-site and remote support for our business customers. Jennifer is a Microsoft Certified Professional. See press release.

Rob Peterka – Technician

Rob has deep knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, managing servers, and maintaining complex networks. As a technician, Rob’s role includes helping our customers with general support and maintenance.

Pete Day – Customer Support & Project Coordinator

Pete's communication and administrative skills bring a consistency and cohesion to our team. Pete supports the Tech Help team as an administrator & dispatcher. Pete works as a Project Coordinator with our web development projects, helping clients through training & support.

Brooke McClary – Google AdWords, Analytics, and Content Strategy

With over a decade of experience in marketing, Brooke brings new expertise to website optimization, marketing, and writing. A degree in English, with a Creative Writing emphasis, has helped Brooke write compelling ad and website copy. With a confessed obsession for statistics, Brooke thoroughly enjoys web analytics and reporting. Fred's experience includes non-profit fundraising, small business marketing strategies, and customer service - providing a complementary mix of knowledge, creativity, and insight. With a passion for new media and marketing technologies, Fred works closely with clients managing projects and ensuring their marketing goals are met.

Cary Urban – Bookkeeper

A self-proclaimed lover of Microsoft Excel, Cary’s background includes A/R, A/P, Payroll, and tax preparation. With her experience in accounting, Cary brings dedication and professionalism to the core of our business and helps our day-to-day process runs smoothly.
