A properly run and managed website incorporates the latest analytics tools, best practices for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and should be a hub of information flowing into and out of your company.

We work with clients who get a few hundred website visitors per month to those who get millions. Regardless of the amount of traffic you are getting, knowing what happened with each individual visit to your site is invaluable. Using that data to make strategic choices and investments? Incredibly cost effective.

So, if you’re not actively analyzing your traffic and utilizing that information to make smart choices, you are in essence wasting the money you spent on your site. You are throwing money away.

Use resources, but hire an expert

There are many resources out there to help you learn about analytics. A few great examples are Google Analytics Academy, Lynda.com, and the Google Analytics YouTube Channel. What you will find is that Google Analytics is incredibly complicated and always changing. It’s worth understanding however, even if you decide that you’d like to hire an expert.
